About the Role
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns across all channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop buyer personas.
- Track and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).
- Create compelling data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute A/B testing programs to improve marketing effectiveness.
