About the Role
Responsibilities
- 🌐 Network Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- 🔍 Troubleshooting Expert: Analyze data from logs and other sources to identify and resolve network problems efficiently.
- 💻 User System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain user laptops, operating systems, printers, scanners, user accounts, iPads, and update software.
- 🚀 Technical Support: Provide technical support by addressing user queries related to network, hardware, or software issues.
- 📧 Application Configuration: Install and configure computer applications, including email programs, word processing software, and operating systems.
- 🔄 System Optimization: Ensure computer systems run smoothly, optimizing performance to ensure users get the maximum benefit.
- 📹 CCTV Expertise: Possess technical know-how of CCTV working, video extracting, and maintain CCTV systems across all campuses, escalating issues to seniors.
Requirements
- 🎓 Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
- 📚 Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- 🛠️ Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows operating systems and MAC OS, hands-on experience with network switches, access points, and CCTV systems.
