🌐 Product Knowledge: Communicate product information to clients and have full knowledge about the website, products, and vendors.

📩 Response Efficiency: Maintain response time, efficiently and actively respond to customer queries.

🌈 Client Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints, post-delivery issues, and other queries in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
